Beginning the Design Process
We will begin with an initial discovery call to outline the full scope of the project, including deliverables, timelines, and budget. After our discussion, I will send you a Project Proposal summarising what we covered during the call. Once this proposal is agreed upon, contracts signed, and initial deposits paid, we can officially start the process.
The project will be divided into the following stages: Immersion and Research, Strategy and Creative Direction, Development and Design, and Implementation.
Immersion and Research
During this phase, I will conduct an in-depth analysis of your business to understand your brand, market, customers, environment, positioning, competitors, industry, and vision. We will explore your challenges and goals, as well as your brand's personality and voice.
The purpose of this research is to establish clear foundations that will inform and align design decisions with your brand.
Strategy and Creative Direction
The insights gathered in the previous stage will help us develop a strategic creative direction for the project. This will include key insights, objectives, and strategic decisions. We will collaboratively create visual mood boards to ensure that all design elements align with the agreed-upon strategic direction.
Development and Design
In this stage, I will take the approved strategy and create a visually impactful representation of our collaborated vision. Throughout this phase, we will review and discuss the designs at various set points to ensure we are all aligned with the direction we are taking. Your feedback during this stage is invaluable as we aim to ensure every detail aligns with our set vision and achieves the desired outcome for your brand.
Implementation
Once the final designs are approved and all deliverables are signed off, I will provide you with all essential materials, such as brand guidelines and brand assets, to facilitate the implementation of the new design. I am committed to providing as much support as possible during this stage to ensure the new designs are implemented effectively for your brand.
